Lots of great things happening this week! We helped set up for New Beginnings. The actually program on Wednesday
was great, and we met one of our potential young women, Hanna. The
next night we met her mom, a less active lady who we've been trying to
get in contact with since we've been here. Well, the next day, we were
in their part of town and I had to use the washroom. So we knocked on
their door, they let us in, and the next thing you know we're teaching a
lesson to their family. At the beginning of the lesson we found out
that Hanna nor her nine-year old sister Lexi have not been baptised and
Hanna really wanted to be. Her mom gave her consent, which apparently
she hasn't done for years of Hanna wanting to get baptised. Wow.
The next day, Sister Emmers took Lexi and Hanna with us
to the Women's broadcast down in Winnipeg. it was super good, and after
the broadcast Lexi told Sister Hancey that she wants to be baptised
too. So great:)
We were also able to meet with the lady that we sang
to and her Grandson last week. They are both very different, but they
are both searching and it's great.
Thanks for all of your love!
